The Kerala State Productivity Council (KSPC) is conducting a Two-day training programme on “Effective Supervision of Plant and Offices” on 11^th and 12^th July, 2022 at Productivity House, Kalamassery.

In the present era of intense competition, amongst organizations, the role of a supervisor in building a very positive work culture that would promote higher productivity, achieve the organizational goals with better relations amongst employees has become a matter of highest priority.

The managements are concerned with developing plans and policies to improve their productivity and achieve objectives. The supervisor is responsible for implementation of plans and policies and achieving results through efforts of people.

This programme aims at developing supervisory capabilities of participants by providing modern approaches in effective supervision to improve productivity and accomplish results.
