Introduction
This programme aims at enhancing leadership & supervisory skills and dealing with recent approaches to effective supervision and improving productivity. This will also assist the participants to develop greater self-awareness and self-confidence to perform in any work situation, by experimenting with various strategies possible to be adopted by a leader with alternate styles.
OBJECTIVE
- To enhance Leadership skills by exploring different dimensions of Leadership as well as importance of Positive attitude and Work culture for performing better on Supervisory roles.
